Applicability: These terms and conditions apply to all our services available online, by email or by telephone. These terms and conditions may be amended in the future. By accessing, browsing and using our website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below (including the privacy statement). These pages, their content and the online booking service provided through this website (the "service") are the property of, operated and provided by Hotel Bemvindo, Lda (referred to as "website", " us "or" our ") and are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only under the terms and conditions set out below.

Commitment: Our main goal is the satisfaction of our customers. To this end, Urban Hotels Group undertakes to timely and diligently satisfy all bookings made on the website, as well as the best delivery of all services contracted by the customer.

Rates: All prices on the website are presented per room for the entire stay, including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated on our website or in the confirmation email. There are sometimes cheaper rates available on our website for a specific hotel stay, it all depends on different variables such as number of people, selected scheme or period of stay. Please check the room description and rate carefully before making your reservation.

Credit card: With this form of payment you will be asked to provide us with your card details to guarantee your reservation. All payments will be processed securely and the processing of the data provided is confidential and non-transferable. Credit card charges will be made solely and exclusively by Hotel Bemvindo Lda. Urban Hotels Group undertakes to respond to any request that the cardholder makes within two days. Urban Hotels Group recommends that you retain a copy containing transaction data for future reference if necessary. The transaction will be made by Hotel Bemvindo, Lda after booking confirmation, at which time the respective digital voucher will be sent with detailed information. Urban Hotels Group ensures the refund of the reservation amount in case of valid exercise to consumer retraction, if applicable, as defined in the Consumer Protection legislation.

Paypal: Payments made through the Paypal.com website by entering your credit card details or access to your Paypal account. We are not provided access to your credit card or Paypal account details. All this data is handled exclusively by Paypal website.

Multibanco: Selecting this form of payment when making a reservation will automatically generate an ATM reference, which will be made available to the customer in the booking confirmation email. This mode requires payment of the reservation within 24 hours of making it, otherwise it may be canceled by Hotel Bemvindo Lda. This form of payment is only valid for Portugal.

The cancellation policy is common to all bookings made on the website www.urbanhotel.pt, applying to all reservations with mandatory deposit.

• If you do not check in to the accommodation unit on the first day of booking without alerting the unit, Urban Hotels reserves the right to cancel your booking and may apply a penalty of up to 100% of the booking.
• For booking modifications, fees may apply.
• In case of cancellation or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Rules and Delivery Times: Urban Hotels Group undertakes to make the contracted service available, as well as the respective digital voucher, as soon as the booking process has been completed within a maximum of 24 hours. Urban Hotels Group gives the consumer the possibility of canceling the reservation through the right of free resolution, provided that it complies with the legal period (14 calendar days), without any justification or cost. Urban Hotels Group undertakes to refund the amount charged in the event of a cancellation validated by the previous point.

Notwithstanding the general conditions and cancellation policy already described, there may be specific conditions stated on the booking voucher.

Unless otherwise stated, the software required for our services available or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including copyright) of the content, information and material on our website are the property of Hotel Bemvindo, Lda., Its suppliers or suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the performance of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portimão, Portugal.
